Work with President and CEO to develop, install and maintain operational procedures in this fast growing media company- Be liaison between all teams (legal, marketing, customer service, and technical) as necessary
- Respond to selected business development inquires
- Project manage new and current initiatives and provide status reports on all operations to senior executives.
- Development and mentoring of junior staff, including performance reviews and documentation
- impeccable professionalism a must
- min. 5-10 years experience in management role
- must have experience with no less than 3 direct reports and indirect responsibility for more than 20 employees at once
- MBA is a plus
